Day 38

There will be no pictures for 2 weeks, my son and his wife borrowed my camera for their honeymoon.

Today was a very busy day...the students rotated between centers:

1. painting table (finger painted their names)
2. phonics workbook (review letters M and F)
3. finished their November calenders (numbers)
4. handwriting, letter Aa
5. sensory sand table
6. play dough...making words with the letters A, M, S, T, and F
7. veritech
8. optional other centers of their choice

In the afternoon, we counted out our mitzvah tickets, redeemed them for prizes, and prepared our folders with the weekly work. Please don't forget to empty them and keep the work at home.

I also laminated some of their special work and we organized it into their binders. The students loved seeing their work from the months past.

On another note, I have had some feedback on the movies being shown in Kindergarten. I can assure you, they are not moving videos, they are simply books on DVD, with subtitles to the songs and stories. The children sing and read along with the books. All of the books are scholastic children's literature, and was shown to Mrs. Epstein. If you would like to come in and see these books on dvd, i would be happy to show them to you.
