Today we started off the week with the letter Cc. We practiced writing the letter Cc on dry erase boards. I read the story "Curly Caterpillar." All of the students made curly puppets with the story attached. They also sequenced a mini book to go along with the puppet. They also played a recall game of C words from the story.
In the afternoon, we started a new chapter in our math workbooks.
I have been trying to encourage the students to bring more fruit and veggies for snack and lunch, rather then candy, cookies, or sweets. They will get an extra mitzvah ticket for each healthy food they bring and eat.
